By accessing CHACHANG LLC (ChaChang) incorporated in the state of Illinois, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in ChaChang are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Account Terms

The following terms apply to your use of the Service and any account that you may open or attempt to open via the Service:

• By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
• You must be a human to open an account. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We view any actions taken by your account as taken by you. ChaChang will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your course, you may request a full refund for the course by emailing [email protected] and attach your course completion certificate no later than 30 days from date of enrollment in a course.

Changing Fees

We reserve the right, at any time, to change any fees or charges for using any services provided on the Service (or to begin charging fees for any free service), provided that such changes will not apply to fees or charges paid or free services used prior to the time of the change.

Disclaimer

The materials on the ChaChang’s website are provided 'as is'. ChaChang makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, ChaChang does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site. 

Email Notifications

By enrolling in a course, you agree to receive email notifications on but not limited to ChaChang products and services, promotions, course progress, and order receipts.

Free Trials

From time to time, we or others on our behalf may offer trials of paid services for our premium courses for a specified period without payment or at a reduced rate (a “Trial”). ChaChang reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine your eligibility for a Trial, and, subject to applicable laws, to withdraw or to modify a Trial at any time without prior notice and with no liability, to the greatest extent permitted under the law.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to the ChaChang’s website shall be governed by the laws of the ChaChang Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Limitations 

In no event shall ChaChang be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the ChaChang’s website, even if ChaChang or an authorized of ChaChang has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Any disputes which may arise may be resolved by either of the following methods:

(A) By binding arbitration, which shall be binding absent a showing by the losing party of bias or prejudice in the arbitrator’s findings of fact and conclusions. The arbitrator shall be chosen by agreement of the parties, and the arbitrator’s fee shall be equally divided between the parties. All arbitration shall be governed by the evidentiary and other procedural rules promulgated by the American Arbitration Association. If the arbitrator rules against you, you will pay ChaChang’s reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, and if the arbitrator rules in your favor, ChaChang will pay your reasonable attorney’s fees and costs;

(B) By any other alternative dispute resolution process, including mediation and conciliation agreed to by ChaChang and you, and the mediator or conciliation professional fees shall be divided equally between the parties with each party paying their own attorney’s fees and costs.

Payment Plans

The payment plan will be billed on the beginning of the paying portion of your course enrollment and each month until you are paid in full on your payment plan. We automatically bill your Payment Method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your payment plan. We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing, in particular, as indicated below, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled. In the event your payment plan began on a day not contained in a given month, we may bill your Payment Method on a day in the applicable month or such other day as we deem appropriate. For example, if you started your payment plan or became a paying member on March 31st, your next payment date is likely to be April 30th, and your Payment Method would be billed that date.

If a payment in a payment plan is not successfully settled, you will lose access to your course until a successful payment has been made. We will attempt to obtain a successful payment after an unsuccessful payment in order to ensure you continue to have access to your course. Once a successful payment has been received, the following payment due will continue as scheduled from your payment plan. Your enrollment expiration date will continue to remain the same.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the ChaChang’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ChaChang does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. ChaChang may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. ChaChang does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Site Terms of Use Modifications

ChaChang may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

Specific Rules for Students

When you enroll in a class, you agree to the following rules:

• You will accept all of the terms and conditions when you agree to enroll in or access a class on ChaChang.
• You will follow all reasonable rules set by the instructor with respect to a class, and you will not take any actions to interfere with the instructor or any other students in the class.
• You may access class content for your information and personal use only.
• You will not copy any materials or techniques for purposes of your own or others’ classes, or for interfering with any class or the instructor’s ongoing relationship with any students participating in such class.
• ChaChang reserves the right to delete or suspend your account if you violate any of our rules, or at any time and for any reason.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the ChaChang’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ChaChang’s web site;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• Transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by ChaChang at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
